I would like to know what happen if i enter in a company and this company is ready whit achiles ? They give achiles too o what happen ?
No, you don’t get it. However, if you join a company that is about to unlock it and they they get it with you in the company you do get it. Personally I don’t like the Achilles. The armor is fine but the helmet is… ugh. Of course I understand others like it. What most freaks me out about it is entire Warzone fireteams farming for it spawn trapping the enemy team in the Home Base. But I actually want to get it just for collection, so I could try doing that, joining a company about to get it and leave once I have it. I know it’s cheap but I’d rather do that than noob farming, or spending ages to get it when I’m not even gonna wear it. You could try the same.

You have to be with the company when they recieve the armor/helmet. If they already have it, you won’t get it.
