This subject may have been covered already but I haven’t been on the forums in months so… does anyone know whether or not 343 plans on releasing new achievements for Reach along with the 7 new maps for multiplayer matchmaking? I mean, you would think since they are releasing about 2 map packs worth of maps that they would add about 7 or so achievements coughvidmasterscough.
Did you even bother looking on the homepage at the videos and bulletin? The already showed them. And I’m also surprised you didnt use Bing or Google to first search for them anyway
so they are adding achievements to reach? not just the anniversary edition which is coming out?
Anniversary has 1000GS, all campaign achievements.
Reach will get some additional multiplayer achievements.

Correction, it’s not All campaign achievements, there are some multi-player achievements. I saw it in the headline for 10/19 from bs angel. the following is that link:

Now, I Really doubt Reach will get Anymore Achievements. 343i is finishing Halo CEA and looking to the future. Yes Halo 3 had, four map packs, five if you count Mythic as 2 parts, but that’s no reason that Reach should have more than what it does. As far as I care, lets get ready for the future. I haven’t even seen any kind of an update for Halo 3, since Reach debuted. Then again, maybe that’s a Good thing. Halo 3 is nice, and I do enjoy it, but I want them to focus on the future. Such as keeping the series going, include Halo 2, but that’s all. After that no more remakes and whatever, just keep it going.
Oh and by the way, you Won’t be seeing me on the Multi-player for Halo CEA anytime soon, two reasons I wanna enjoy the remade Campaign, and I want all the Achievements whores to do their thing and get out. I want to enjoy the game, not have to deal with jerks who just want achievements.
Now lastly,
Do I want DLC for Halo CEA? Why? The muli-player is just a disc add on to Halo Reach, I believe that in multi-player we don’t even have the God Pistol…Thankfully, I don’t wanna get “three shotted” from across the map because someone is too chicken to Face Me!
