I was just wondering if any achievements from the MCC will unlock some armor in Halo 5 like it did in the beta. Does anyone know this yet?
It does,
Completing all campaigns on legendary will give you Helioskrill. I think there might be one or two more but I don’t remember what
Note that to get Helioskrill you don’t have to beat all campaigns on legendary. You CAN find it in REQ packs, but it’ll be rare.

I think starting halo 2 gives you mark 6 and beating cairo station gives you a mark 6 scarred varient
Hope you don’t mind my hijacking the thread to ask: do the skulls which disable score and time based achievements also prevent you from getting the Legend achievement required for helioskrill? I’ve never beaten Halo 2 without the envy skull, and at the rate the jackal snipers seem to be spawning in Regret, I doubt I ever will.

Is regret the only one you need to heat for halo 2?

No, I still have to get through the rest of the campaign too, but envy would make that just so much easier. Though come to think of it, if I could use envy, does that mean I can use scarab and bandana? I wouldn’t do that because that’s incredibly lame and crosses the line from evening the odds to “why are you even playing”, but just for curiosity’s sake.

You specifically mentioned regret, I can run you through that level quicklyish. Already posted a thread offering to help people with a level they are having difficulties with anyway since ce and 2 are no that difficult fir me . Just long. Lol
