I’ve unlocked a terminal in Halo 4 with no achievement. Normally I’d try it again and it might unlock except that’s not possible, same with the skulls in CE. I know this has happened to others, maybe it worked out? One of my biggest fears in life is not being able to 100% MCC because of a glitch. Please someone reassure me that it’ll all be fine.
Have a look through your achievements list and see if that one says something like 100% done but is still not unlocked or anything like that. This has been an issue with a lot of games on the xbone since launch and, eventually, they do just unlock at some random time in the future.
But seeing how broken a lot of the content in this game is, it would not surprise me if they were glitched out and never worked.
Check the achievements app, if it days “Complete! Unlocking…” then it’ll unlock at some point.

yeah the game seems to be acting up when it comes to achievements so no worries you will get them in due time. i have about 7 or so that say Done! Unlocking…so for now it is locked in the locked achievement list. even when i look at them in the smart glass app it shows it in the locked list.
