I have noticed this issue mainly on achievements like in Halo 1 where it tells me to complete legendary while keeping a weapon. It was clearly in my achievements…next day I go online it seems to be MIA. I wonder if the Xbox updates via the online, ignores achievements on the console, somehow invalidates them. Achievements are hard enough trying to unlock as it is with the glitching achievements but for them disappear is also stressful.
