Why on earth would you want that though?
Besides a handful of broken ones I dont think any of the ones in MCC are unattainable
If you mean from your account, no that’s not possible.
If you mean from the game, nothing can stop you from asking in the feedback threads about this but I can all but guarantee that 343 would not remove existing achievements - unless for some reason they were going to be rendered unobtainable by an update (which I can’t see ever happening)
