I was able to unlock achievements a few weeks or maybe a few months ago.
I played the keyes level and got 23,000 points. Achievement requires 20,000. I did this three times and it never unlocked.
Then on Reach I did the very first mission with three skulls and that achievement isn’t unlocking.
I factory reset my console and signed into my account. These achievements are still not unlocking.
