I have no idea if anyone else can see this, but according the stats on here, I have unlocked every Achievement in Halo Reach. And that simply isn’t true. Apparently, it is only for Halo Reach this error occurs. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

I have not experienced anything like this on Reach, but the other day I got on Halo 4 and it randomly gave me like 16 of the DLC map achievements without even doing anything which was really weird…

They have stated that this was an issue they have fixed where achievements weren’t unlocking so you just unlocked all of the ones you should have already unlocked.
I had a similar error achievements in halo 3 wearing some were deleted and were not on my xbox profile so that I had to redo.
