Achievements Not Working

I have now finished the campaign on heroic and have completed the first two missions on legendary. I have also played around 10 hours of multiplayer. I currently have 0% completed on my achievements list. Ive hard reset my xbox one but it didn’t update my achievements. Can someone please help?

Only option really is to wait. I’ve been getting random achievements here and there for seemingly no reason realizing it’s my earned achievements finally showing up.

I really hope this can be sorted out - we have two xbox ones in our house and weirdly, when I play on the other xbox the achievements trigger no problem???
