So I am currently doing my first playthrough every Halo game on legendary I have already completed CE with no skulls at all and am on Regret on Halo 2 also with no skulls. But I just realized when I completed Halo CE I didnt get the achievement for legendary and it says that only 27 percent is done, now I have not checked halo 2 yet but I hope it is logged right because I do not want to go through gravemind again. I also did all of these missions with an xbox live connection and signed into the correct account and with no skulls. Help.
You might be looking at the wrong achievement?
Halo CE has only 10 levels, so you should never have it 27% done, since it is always 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90 percent done for that achievement (“Living Legend”),
I think you might be looking at the achievement “Legend” which is for completing all levels of CE, H2, H3 and H4 on legendary. Since that is 40 levels, you could get 27% (11/40 = 27.5%, so it might be rounded down)
Did you skip cut scenes? Sometimes that can cause levels not to register with the server. Also make sure you have a good connection with the servers so they will definitely register when levels are complete.
So I just checked it and the achievement living legend is at 27 percent also halo 2 legendary achievement is at 33 percent yet I am on regret. I am going through these for cinematic experience because I havent played some of them in years so I didnt skip any cutscenes either. And thankyou guys for trying to help!
I use to have this problem, and honestly normally a way to fix this is run through the game again on easy. this sometimes causes the game to update the stats, other times the achievements will unlock over time.
