Dear 343i Staff,
I have completed all missions of the MCC. I have completed all missions of Halo:Ce, Halo 3 & 4 on legendary. All Halo 2 missions have been completed on heroic. The achievements veteran, War hero and Herald of the Reclamation will not unlock.

Here here!!! Completed Halo: CE, 2, 3, and 4 on legendary and none of the achievements associated with completing campaigns on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary have unlocked. WTF guys
I managed to unlock my missing achievements. However, to get them unlocked I had to replay several missions. The missions I had to replay were already completed in the MCC, yet were deemed unfinished on Halowaypoint.

Good call. Thanks for circling back on this so that if others find this thread they can check halowaypoint and confirm.
Hi - Had same issues - all missions completed, checked TrueAchievements and saw that Halo4 had not unlocked so replayed.
