So this is odd - I have accomplished a few specific achievements only to not show it as unlocked or even unlocking. I beat all campaign levels within par time on heroic and neither the heroic nor Mr. punctual unlocked. (Mr. Punctual shows 86% towards unlocked even though service record shows all par on heroic). Oddly enough heroic did unlock after I played a level on normal of all things.
Anyone else seeing odd behaviors when it comes to the achievements unlocking?
