As the title states, as of the Warzone Firefight update, none of the Halo 5 achievements are making any additional progress or unlocking for that manner.
Only thing I can state that may help is that I did win one match prior to the commendations going live, I saw progress appear and then from that point forward no progress was made.

The first achievement I made progress on was “Tour of Duty” (Complete WZFF matches on the 6 maps), which was earned on my third game of WZFF (Sanctum) and one Gold pack (As per the WZFF Rewards Program) was awarded. Following this match, I took a short break and when I returned, the new commendations were live.
Once the new WZFF commendations went live, I was no longer making progress towards any Halo 5 achievements, even though my friends were.
Your best option is to try and repeat the achievements and keep grinding until they pop… There was a similar bug in halo mcc where I had to redo some achievements or they would pop days or weeks after doing them even if I was playing another game… So is recommend giving it time or redo the achievements you need
I mean, I don’t anticipate that I’ll stop playing WZFF anytime soon, and I’m definitely not going to lose any sleep over not unlocking achievements, lol.
Just thought I’d bring this up so a fix can be devised and deployed however. And I have been “technically” in achievement terms making progress on all of the WZFF update ones, in fact I should already have them all; They just won’t properly unlock.
