How annoyed would you be if you soloed a couple of missions on legendary to not get an achievement or progress towards all legendary missions, well thats me right now.
So it says I’ve done it but no achievement progress.
Hoping this gets fixed soon.
For anyone else experiencing this, what I have noticed is it happens if I have saved and quit through a level and gone back to it.
According to your gamercard, you do have them unlocked.
I’ve had something similar where I completed all of Halo 4 on Solo Legendary but it didn’t track two levels. Apparently quitting or resetting the Xbox mid-level causes the game to think when you re-enter that it’s a co-op game with yourself and no longer counts towards the achievement. I just spent 3 hours re-doing those two levels that I only found because the leaderboards did not have me listed in the solo completion of the levels.

I’m missing a couple on my H2 run through 
I have a few from Halo 1 that are still locked.
I now have about 24 now that claim to be 100% complete, which I know for a fact are complete, but not unlocking
Been having troubles with skulls lately for some reason, does the flash and everything but doesn’t pop or show progress on the achievement tracking app. Not real sure what to do. I guess if they don’t unlock go back and get them another time. Pretty annoying.
I’ve only done 4 Legendary levels, but for some reason I only have 3 on my “Legend” achievement counter.
This worries me.
