Achievements not tracking properly

I mostly mean the MP achievements and not the ones restricted to Halo 2A ones like Spree Master for example tracks me at 67% and my medal box shows 89 killing sprees total. After carefully examination my game does not track medals received in Halo CE MP and Halo 3 MP. This is all especially annoying with the double trouble achievement as I have loads more than what it shows currently
