Has anyone had issues with achievements showing up? I’ve captured 5 strongholds in a match and I’ve grapple jacked a banshee and the corresponding achievements never showed up.

I had troubles with the grapplejack achievement, I had to do it twice for it to count, but you’re not supposed to capture 5 strongholds, you need to secure 5
you know when an enemy is about to cap a point & you kill them but there is still a bit of the enemy progress on the point? going into the point secures it.

You have to secure Strongholds, not capture. That means before it changes ownership, you have to run in and reset the counter on it.

Grapplejack didn’t count for me on a Banshee for some reason, I had to do it on a Wasp.
When I did it on a Banshee I got the Skyjack medal, not the Grapplejack so I think it’s borked.
Others have already explained the Stronghold one, big secures needed. It’s a great feeling when the enemy has almost fully capped and you slide in just before their teammate to reset it.
Not sure about grapplejack not popping. worked for me the first time taking a wasp.
And like the others said, its SECURING 5 bases. My advice and what i did was hung just outside of one of my bases. I waited til an enemy enter and started to take it. Then enter and kill the enemy which then “secures” the base. Do the that 5x in a match and the achievement if yours. best of luck!
Thanks for the help and input guys. Managed to get both of these in the last day. Now aside from challenges I’m pretty set.
For those unsure on grapplejack, it has to be done on a wasp, highpower is easiest map as 2 spawn quite often.
