The achievement Wall of Recognition, the one where you get a gold medal on every level will not pop for me. And god -Yoink!- is that achievement a pain in the -Yoink- to get. So when I finally did it, oops no achievement for you and spat in my face. So what the hell is wrong with this and how do I fix it.
Check your service record in options and records to verify that you have a gold medal on all missions and check the achievement progress in achievement list. Is it in “Done! Unlocking…” Or does it still show a percent number?

These Xbox One games really love this trend of not unlocking don’t they?
Well, in Gears 4 my insane achievement never popped up and I tried everything I could but nothing happened until TC patched the piece of junk and made me had to play the last chapter again.
One of my Titanfall achievements never popped until after 2 years whilst I was playing Destiny.
You either need to luck out or hope 343i just patches something.

When you go to mission select and go to every mission, it shows a gold medal. And 343 games are notorious for terrible achievement progress. I also beat every multiplayer map but some on deathmatch which might not count but the achievement doesnt say otherwise.
