(completed campaign co-op,legendary) some of my achievement for beating the game on legendary and co-op where not given to me and the player i was playing co-op with did, my stats on waypoint even shows i did. also some of my avatar awards where not given as well.

Make sure you’re connected to XBL when you play otherwise it doesn’t work, at least that was my problem.
i was and i was told my xbox support to post on waypoint because they cant do anything to help
I was told to go to this forums by xbox sport because thay cant do anything also i was split screen not over xbox live
From what I can see from your stats, you have not completed mission 4 on Legendary (or at all for that matter), that would explain why it’s not unlocking things for you related to legendary (That doesn’t necessarily mean that you didn’t do it, just that it wasn’t recorded for whatever reason). The only thing that can be done about that is to redo that mission.
