Just wanted to add another reality to the player counter for these issues. I’m still not getting any credit for solo play in halo:CE legendary after completing a mission. Even right after completing it, no skulls to be safe, no completion. Also, I have 5 halo:CE achievements from 11/11 that ate still stuck at “done, unlocking”.

Same here. Pillar of Autumn and Halo from 11/11 and Outskirts from 11/16.
A post by 343i on 11/27 says the “Done! Unlocking” should unlock “this week”… whenever that means.

YUP i have 9 of them stuck in the Done! Unlocking…Phase. all for Halo 3 legendary levels and the odd thing is the i have the achievements unlocked for the Part times and the one that is for doing all par times but not the level completions. how did these basic achievements get ruined.

My achievements that were stuck in unlocking since 11/12 have finally unlocked today 12/10
Good news!? The three achievements I was waiting for (Pillar of Autumn, Halo, and Outskirts) are finally Done! Unlocked. Unlocked a few minutes apart from each other while I was finishing the Halo 4 Heroic playlist.
I hope this means others will see their achievements unlock soon, as well. Good luck.
