On the 31st December, I had unlocked a lot of achievements for the game, but as of 1st January, four of the many achievements that I had unlocked were re-locked. I tried completing the steps again to re-unlock these achievements but to no avail. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing to see if they would pop again, but they didn’t.
Edit: These achievements are:
Crushing Colors
Gallivant around the Galaxy
Alas, Poor Andrew Thomas
Smash and Grab
These achievements have been unlocked prior and have been re-locked since. They are stuck on the locked achievements menu with stated 100% completion.
Update: I have contacted Microsoft support and they re-directed me here to try to get help from the developer about this. The troubleshooting that they tried to do to attempt to re-unlock the achievements have failed. I guess I’m just waiting for contact from the developer now.

Lol, this is 343 industries we’re talking about. They won’t respond and do nothing like they always do. lol
