I’ve beat episode 1 of spartan ops on legendary, and episodes 2-5 on heroic. But the Dedicated to Crimson achievement won’t unlock
I went back and played the first mission again and it unlocked, and so have many others.
It should work for you. (I’d recommend Normal or higher just to be safe)
