Achievement Won't Register

The achievement for getting the par score in every Halo 2 campaign mission won’t register. I’ve gotten every par score, I’ve quadruple checked.

I suggest trying to reset your xbox along with restarting your game - If that doesn’t work try getting the PAR score on one mission and see if that triggers it.Hope any of these help.
