So I recently beat Cairo Station in Halo 2 on Legendary mode. Earning the two achievments from it are supposed to unlock the Mark VI Gen 1 and Mark VI Gen 1 Scarred, but for some reason it did not update on Halo 5 for me. My son has my old account which I originally played the game on (and has scores of unlocked armor), so I am starting fresh and wanted to get a non noob set of gear. Anyone else run into this not working and what are the fixes?
I also can’t get into Halo Channel to watch Nightfall on my new account and unlock the gear from that either. Help?
I know it can take a bit of time for the armor to show up in H5. So, I suggest waiting a day or so for that.
As for Nightfall, support for the Halo Channel app was discontinued earlier this year. So, I believe that is why you are not able to view those episodes.
I appreciate it. I’ll give that a try and check in a few days. I followed instructions posted two years ago by a mod explaining how to get it if it didn’t unlock, but still no luck. I have so many armors unlocked on my old account, but my kids use that one now and I started this newer account. I figured I could at least get some decent looking armor so I didn’t look so much like a noob.

Now they need to fix Halo Channel so I can get my Nighfall armor back. I tried buying the movie through the MCC, but that didn’t work.

Don’t worry, all that stuff can still be earned with req points. Though unsatisfying, it’s still possible to have if you invest time

Appreciate it. I’ve been using the RP boosts and playing warzone. I’ve been unlocking the gold warzone bundles after completing the matches and they have been good for some gear
