So I completed halo 3 the storm legendary par time 4 times now and the cheevo hasn’t popped. I did this during the Xbox live achievement outage and once again after and its not registering leading me to believe that this is a voided achievement
Ya so, now I’ve had this problem as of today, not yesterday, similar issue with achievements to you.
I was playing H2A on regular through the Playlist crossgame, the Master Chief Saga one. On last level as the Arby getting the terminal, and the plush doll. I GET BOTH 3 times! to test it and nothing changed. I restarted the checkpoint, restarted the level. Then I did a hard reset with my Xbone. Nothing worked and I said screw it completed the level and no achievements for beating the level or the whole H2A campaign. Was rather upset so said F it and went to work!
Ya, officially annoyed with MCC now, especially when it screws with my achievements!!!
Also had a similar problem like yours and it was the Library for Par time TLDR one, I didn’t receive the achievement till the next day, and it never popped, it just showed in the achievements complete list so…hopefully the others are the same.

I bought the MCC yesterday and achievements worked fine up until I got to the level 343 guilty spark today. Since that level I haven’t gotten a single achievement and I finished the Halo CE campaign and part of Halo 2s campaign. My roommate started playing today and so far his achievements have been popping just fine. The achievements don’t show up in the achievements app or on the in game career section, but it shows the levels have been completed in the campaign menu. What gives? Is this an xbl issue or a MCC issue?

I think it’s an issue on both sides, the achievement system as a whole is far from perfect and I have had issues with it on other games like Assassin’s creed. But probably a communication problem between the 2.
Well, I’ve started getting achievements again, but I had to go back and redo half the halo CE campaign and the first part of Halo 2 to get anything to pop.
This is a broken system.

Yea a few have still yet to pop for me. Some are easy to check at a later time others involve alot of replay and time. It gets frustrating, but I love the series too much to grumble for long.
