Achievement questions/concerns

First of all, don’t be expecting a long rant. I just want to talk (about the achievements).

  1. Regarding Leave It Where It Lay, will the press X to enter vehicle prompt be fixed? Hold X would be much better.
  2. Is Tying Up Loose Ends really possible on Heroic (as far as I know, the Flood are excellent Elite killers)? Should it be worth more?
  3. Should Popcorn really be that much gamerscore? There’s a section with infinitely spawning carrier forms.

Huh? Unless I’m remembering wrong (and I may be) Halo 1 was distinctly ‘tap to do anything with the x button’ - there was no holding going on.

Precisely. That is why I am requesting they change this. Press x to enter vehicle can be annoying when you’re reloading next to them (i.e. situation: those shade turrets on AotCR).

  1. well i dont think they will change that. but why the concern? if the vehicle is near weapons and you dont wanna get in, just toss a and to move it. lolz

  2. im sure it is. my friend challenged me to something similar on legendary back in the day lol.

  3. why complaining? some GS are worth too much, and sometimes too little. lolz

No need to troll. I’m just asking.

Anyways, thanks for the reply. The concern is merely out of laziness and constant combat near Shades.

Oh right, I understand.

Well, that would involve actually improving the game’s mechanics. They’re so married to this idea of the gameplay being exactly the same that I doubt they’ve done something like that.

im wandering about if their changing health pack physics so that you dont “accidently” pick one up. im refering to the “walk it off” achievement. i remember back in the day when i was only loosing one bar of health and then accidently picking up a health pack when i didnt need it.

Yeah I’m disappointed too. But as far as I know, AI modifying is even more concerning to them. Something like this is so trivial that it shouldn’t be ignored.

Yeah good point.
