I do not know whether to save to the cloud server or save locally,
Progress information of DLC campaign and partial mission data
It seems trouble has come out that are not well preserved.
Full installation again,
Occurs when moving data from HDD to HDD.
Reproducibility is high, it also occurred in XBOXONE X.

Cheers i’ll give that a go and see if that does the trick.

Good luck. Can you report back either was so I know if this approach works for others?

Thank you.
but The trouble I have is not that
The trouble in savedate.
Game results are not reflected online
To put it concretely, even if the bonus feature of “One Three Zero” clears in the game
It does not end with HALOWAYPOINT
Similarly,
DLC Campain collected data is gone
There are elements that are not saved in the save data on the cloud
If data migration is done from HDD to HDD, the above trouble occurs (there is reproducibility)
That one problematic update for Halo Wars 2 that’s giving a lot of people bother, to anyone who did get it download, did it fix any achievements?

Yeah sure no worries, i’ll be posting weekly updates until it hopefully unlocks. I pulled out the power cable and tried again today but sadly it still didn’t unlock.
One question i’ve just thought of is what mode or modes did you play while unlocking this achievement? Blitz is my favourite mode but i’ve noticed that sometimes i’ll complete a game and it won’t update the challenge counter on the challenges page and other times when i finished a challenge it’ll update on the challenges page but not on the overall career stats page. Since noticing this i’ve stopped playing blitz and started playing vs a.i., 5 days after only playing vs a.i. is when the daily short-term commitment achievement unlocked for me. It could just be a coincidence but i thought i’d check to see which modes you played to see if there’s a link?

I played a mixture of blitz and other game modes. I️ also would always complete all 3 weekly challenges for what it’s worth.

Thanks that’s good to know, playing vs a.i. games takes ages compared to blitz. I’ve been doing all 3 weekly challenges each week as well just to be safe.
So it’s been 11 weeks now of doing a weekly challenge every week and still no long term commitment achievement. Let’s see if doing a hard reset before each attempt makes a difference, 2 more weeks to go to find out that answer.

You should know as soon as the next reset day if you did the hard reset approach last week.
I’m genuinely curious about whether or not it works for you like it did for me.
Firstly my apologies if this isn’t the correct place to post my issue. I’m just trying to get a fix.Essentially, my service record has reset my time played. Originally I had over 200 hours and now it’s only 22:44:30 , how did I lose 180 + hours? All my other stats are accurate and untouched as far as I can tell and I have my completed campaign on legendary and my played matches are the same (450 ish) Though is is funny to see a Sixth Star with that many games with only 22 hours played. Also no, I never boosted. My W/L hovers around 50% since I’m trash lolThis isn’t a major issue that affects gameplay but I liked being able to see exactly how much time I have spent in game. Does anyone know a fix? (No hard resetting did nothing. I have also factory reset my Xbox after this issue for an unrelated reason. The reset happened a few months ago,and then I quit playing after seeing it and I recently repurchased HW2 and have the same issue. Thanks for any input)- Jordan
Not achievement related but I cannot find help

I would say posting this to a blank forum under support. They will more likely see it there

yeah I’m at 14. MoreInfoNeeded checked my data on the back end and said that I should have had the achievement and the dev he talked to agreed. Also said the data has reset a few times although they fixed that bug with the November update. He said that the achievement may never pop at this point =(. going to keep going and hope for the best but i’m not sure what else to do.
Platform: Xbox One
Gamertag: TheBlackPenguin
Region: USA
Issue: The “A Lot Extra” achievement (complete all original campaign bonus objectives) still refuses to unlock for me. The in-game missions menu says I’ve collected every single one on every single mission. However, various other records show conflicting information.
For example:
Achievement Progress - 97% completed
Service Record: Sub-Objectives - 64/65
Service Record: Mission Progress (added up) - 34/65
In-Game Menus: 100% completion
Essentially, the four metrics on my progress show four different things. I’ve played through the campaign many times now, and it’s getting weary. I’ve been told that deleting my saved game data will show me what objectives I’m missing. They say this works because after deleting the data, your stats are repopulated based on your waypoint service record. However, this would be a problem for me as well. You see, my individual mission progress on my service record only reflects my first playthrough from back in February. My subsequent medals, highest score, fastest time, and all collectibles never updated past that. I’ve played the campaign multiple times and gotten all skulls and gold medals, but my service record doesn’t show them on each mission’s stats. So if deleted game data is backed up from my service record, I risk the game setting back my progress on multiple fronts.
In my quest to 100% all Halo games, it’s quite the obstacle. After many attempts, I think I’m going to try to 100% Halo Wars 1 while checking back in on this one every now and then.

Tried again today for a total of 12 weeks (3rd week of doing a hard reset before loading the game) and still no long term commitment. I’m going to try again and see if 4 weeks of doing a hard reset will unlock it but if not then the only thing left to try is breaking the streak and starting again.
