More than 2 weeks ago I’ve done the achievement “Pillar of Autumn”, but it’s not unlocking. I’ve called Microsoft about the problem & the troubleshooting tips they gave me didn’t fix it & they told me I should contact 343 industries about fixing this issue. How can I contact them? Is posting this issue in these forums my only way to report this problem to them?
I’m in the same boat. I “unlocked” 6 achievements Cairo Station, Outskirts, Metropolis, The Arbiter, Oracle, but they are all stuck in the done unlocking state. I did have a different achievement that was stuck in this state but, it unlocked a week later. Best of luck to you.

I beat Cairo station and outskirts. But the achievement did not show. I hope they fix it.
