Achievement not unlocking.

I posted this on Reddit and copied and pasted it onto here.

I’ve been trying to get the speedrun under 3 hours achievement for Halo: Reach. I got so close, to the point where I have to save around 10 minutes somewhere to get it.
I tried saving some time on Pillar of Autumn. From 35 minutes, I got to 32 minutes. I tried again and got to 26 minutes. I think 26:27 to be exact. For some reason, that didn’t save on my account, and it still says my best time is 32 minutes. I’m pretty sure I would’ve unlocked it, because I rounded up for every mission when I counted up the times. I tried again, and it didn’t record my time again.
I spent a lot of time on this achievement, so can someone from 343 please help me? I really don’t want to have spent so much time just to have the game say I have the same time. My gamer tag is The Halo 3er.

Just did this with my friend today. We beat the time by 5 minutes and when I go to stats it’s like it didn’t record anything we did. It’s extremely frustrating knowing that we successfully did this and were not being rewarded. If 343 can provide any insight or support on this please help.

Have you gotten it yet? I’m still having no luck and don’t have it.

I still haven’t unlocked the achievement.

I recently collected all of Halo 3’s hidden MP skulls, but Brainpan didn’t unlock.
