So I beat the fifth episode today, but when I finished, the achievement didn’t trigger. I’ve beaten all the episodes, so I don’t know why it didn’t go off. Does anyone know what I could do to possibly re-trigger it?
Had the same problem last night. I made a post in the Halo 4 “Issues being investigated” thread, but I think the achievement is bugged.
You need to either complete them ALL solo or ALL co-op, not a mix of both.
Doing that should net you the achievement.
Just read some comments on Xbox360achievements.org that if you completed all the Spartan Ops and didn’t get the achievement, go back and complete one chapter on solo and it will unlock.
