Hey Spartans,
I finally collected all of the achievements for H5 this past weekend. And although it was hectic and stressful at times, it was a hell of a lot of fun.
Do you guys have any favorite achievements? Was there one that you felt to be especially challenging? Or are you still working on completing them?

How many achievements I unlocked?
I don’t hunt achievements. I just don’t have that level of commitment to a game. Also, it’s kind of funny when I get an achievement randomly and I have to try and think what I could have accomplished that was important enough to warrant an achievement.
Then I look and see that I got hit in the head by an Ewok.
I love gaming.
The “Worms don’t surf” achievement was probably the most difficult one for me. I feel like that one took me and a couple guys the longest in co-op to finish. It was fun, but after a while it got annoying trying to make those hunters fall off the map instead of just killing them. lol

Oh dude I struggled with that one lol honestly it gave the “Prison Break” achievement a run for it’s money in terms of how annoying it is

It’s a good way to pass the time and to get away from the pace of MP. Always nice to get a break
Im just missing the harbinger achievement, thats it. I have trouble finding dedicated, skilled, and patient players to help me with that achievement. Congrats op

Yeah I did that one with my buddies and it was a hell of a time lol we were all yelling at each other over party chat because we kept dying
I want more of the H5 achievements as I am an avid achievement hunter. But was unmotivated when me and another did the achievement for completing swords of Sanghelios on heroic or higher while both in a mantis and we did it… twice… and didn’t get the achievement.

Oh yeah, prison break took a while too! We just kept messing up the timing of the kills. We finally got it by counting how many incineration shots each warden could take before they would die. Then we got both wardens “one shot” so to speak and hit them with fully charged incineration shots at the exact same time. That one was tough!

I don’t blame you for wanting to collect them all but personally I haven’t tried with halo 5 yet
But the one I hated the most so far was beating the campaign a second time on legendary. The story sucks and it felt like agony going through them. It wasn’t hard just boring

Yeah i have a hard enough time explaining the achievements to friends let alone geting them to cooperate. I had a few time where everyone was betrying eachother when were suposed to be looking for skulls. I also had a glitch where if a player joined it cancled out the preying mantis achievement. And it seemed like every time my party of 2 or 3 started to get yhe achievement, someone would join and mess it up.

Timing was everything! But we certainly celebrated when we finally got it lmao

Yeah they really dropped the ball with the story. Beating it more than 3 times was not fun lol but I’m glad I got the achievements out of the way early.

Halo 5 achievements were fun and easy for the most part. I’m currently working on completing Master Chief Collection achievements
