Are there any known-broken achievements preventing someone like this from getting 100% completion??

Nothing that is 100% broken, but many people report issues and glitches.
There seems to always be a work-around or fix that comes up.
I haven’t encountered any current broken achievements (spartan ops was most recently glitched, but now patched)

I think we both mostly need LASO and the Legendary 3 hours ones.

To be completely honest. Most of the Legendary under three hours are easier on your own (Halo 2) but I miss the LASO challenges so what ever you guys wanna do, I’m up for.
