Hi, I have recently bought Halo: Spartan Assault and i completed 1 mission to get the “Recruit” achievement. So once i got it i went onto waypoint and entered the code thing, The Flying Colors Code worked but it only gave me the XP for it. it says i need to unlock the “Recruit” achievement, which i already have and i cant unlock the stance and DMR skin.
Note : This is all on Xbox 360.

You are probably entering the wrong code. The only code you can use is Flying Colors. The Flying Colors code is for Xbox 360 and One only.
On the other hand, the Recruit, Prodigy, and Able Spartan codes are for Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 only.

i have entered the right code it just says the recruit achievement is still locked even though i unlocked it

It only registers unlocks for those cheevos on the Windows versions. You have to unlock the Recruit achievement on a Windows 8 device for that code to be valid for you.
