The Achievement Dedicated to Crimson is described as follows: Complete all chapters in the first 5 episodes of Spartan Ops on any difficulty.
I have completed all 5 episodes and have not received the above achievement. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a known way to fix this?
This game can be quite glitchy when it comes to recording your progress on missions. More then once now I have done the requirements for an achievement/challenge and not been rewarded for it, even if it says I did. I suggest you just replay some of the missions in the hopes of finding the one that didn’t properly record.
both my wife and i popped this today, but my buddy called me all mad saying he didnt get it.
im guessing there is some kind of glitch. what difficulty did you do it at? my friend said he did the first two episodes on legendary and the rest on heroic, so maybe that could cause an issue.
he also did none online. i have done all of them offline AND the last two episodes (in full) online.
Just happened to me as well, I played the first 4 chapters Solo, and did the last chapter via match making, I wonder if that has something to do with it?
When i played earlier it didnt have the symbol for the level of difficulty for which i had completed each chapter. Episode 2 to be exact, it still said legendary at the bottom but did not have the symbol. So i went ahead & completed Episode 5, when i did not get the achievement i played the first mission of the “chapter i was missing” & it unlocked no problem.
I have also been having trouble with getting the achievement, though sometimes when I look at my chapters completed list in game, it sometimes says that I haven’t done Episode 2 at all. Maybe I’ll try doing those again.
I have all of them done. No achievement.
For anyone that has all 25 Chapters completed have you tried playing another random level because i did one by myself and it unlocked after doing all 25 chapters hope it helps
In-game it says I have 25/25 chapters complete where on Waypoint it states that I have 23/25 done. Where on Waypoint can I check which chapters I have not done?
25/25 on both waypoint and in game, no cheev 
All you need to do is go and replay any other Spartan Ops mission one more time. You can just set it to easy and play by yourself offline and it will work.
I didn’t get my achievement the first time through either, but I just replayed Episode 5 Chapter 1 on easy by myself (mostly to get the Challenges for killing Watchers and Crawlers) and upon completing the mission I got the Dedicated to Crimson achievement. It’s worked for numerous people over on gamefaqs.com as well.
I got mine no problem
But I usually do them solo on legendary (To have a legendary icon thingy above the map (OCD thing)) then do the episode on MM
I had the same problem, but after reading what other people have done on the forums. I just replayed Spartan Ops Episode 1 Chapter 1 on easy and the achievement unlocked.

To anyone else having this problem I simply played the very first Chapter of Episode 1 on Normal and then it unlocked.
I got it. The achievement i can’t get is no easy way out. I think you can’t have any teammate die in order to get it.

I’m pretty sure that it’s just at least one person survives, because I was in a matchmade game and I died a couple of times but after the assault I still got the achievement, so I assumed it was because my team survived.
To make it pop you need to play one mission offline (not “find a game”)
Whether it’s the 25th or just redone after you finish all 25 doesn’t matter.

Well i did it with a friend and i didn’t die at all but he did. Neither of us got the achievement.
As has been pointed out on other threads, just go back and complete any of the other episodes (for me I used Ep 1 Ch 1 because I love me some rocket hog) and the achievement will pop.

Now that I reread it, that rocket hog comment just sounds inappropriate.
