According to your Service Record, you haven’t completed five missions on Legendary. One on Halo: Combat Evolved, three on Halo 3, and one on Halo 4. Unfortunately for the achievement to unlock you will have to do those five again to make sure they register.
did you play with any zero multiplier skulls?
