First off why does the fix need to wait until Wednesday? Are they hoping people will go to GTA V to take stress of XBL servers?
I’m curious to find out why they can’t release the patch until Wednesday? If our company had a high priority/severity ticket that needed to be addressed such as this Wednesday would NOT be ideal to release a resolution. There is more to this story than what 343i is telling.
I am a HUGE Halo fan and I desperately want this to work, but I am becoming more concerned as they feel one or two press release notes are their way of showing accountability for this broken product.
That is not how you take accountability. They need to be more upfront with the community at this point. Tell us EXACTLY why this is not working. Maybe someone has a solution,but they are too afraid to come out and say this is what’s broken and we need help figuring out how to fix it. The line between pride and communication is thin and they have yet to cross over to the communication side of it.
The publishers of this game have left the consumer in the dark. I don’t want to return my game, I just would like to know WTF is going on. I’m also not one of these lawsuit idiots. It’s just a game people, but I did spend $60 on it and would like a better understanding.
When it does work it is very fun and people should be a bit more patient. I am trying my best, but my problem with it all is the lack of communication. You can’t just leave the customer/fans in the dark. It weakens your character as a company.
