Account TEMPORARILY blocked from earning credits

Why is my xbox temporarily blocked from earning credits on Halo CE?

you were cheating.

or at least the system thinks you were cheating.

were you cheating?

How long? It’s 2 weeks if you were caught afking/boosting/cheating.

How do I tell how long in is? I have no idea how to cheat. I have just been playing like I have since halo 2 came out and I get on this morning and I am greeted with this message. Can it be for a bad internet connection? Is there anyway to contact somebody to see what the deal is? I have no idea what its for.

If it seems that everyone quits in your game at the same game, it thinks that you quit. Too many quits leads to 3 day ban at max, minimum 24 hours.

I am one of the few that never quits. I played a BTB last night, and at one point 3 guys quit, but I really never quit.
Is there someone you can contact.

Try to PM bs angel or someone like that.

Don’t look like you were cheating…

Same stupid crap happened to me just now and I was in the middle of a match when that popped up. Not cheating or quiting out. Bungie needs to fix this problem…

On Topic: If you have your own guests in a game that arent playing, thats worthy of a ban. Its hard to pinpoint an actual reason if one hasnt seen your game history.

I think it could be because of this game mostly because it looks like you have 2 guests nearly not playing so you can get most of the kills yourself… Im not saying this is the reason, just a possible cause.

Why does it look as if two guests aren’t playing? I only see one guest with no kills, and it’s possible for someone to be bad enough to get no kills, especially if he’s never played before. I played a game of BTB a while back and got no kills. I’m not very good in general (being over 50 when you start playing this stuff is a real handicap) and I’d never played that map before.

Unless the game detected that the 4th player wasn’t playing I don’t see anything to warrant a ban.

I know from experience that the banhammer is incapable of distinguishing between extremely poor performance and idling in guests.

I don’t think that’s the reason if it happened only once or twice. Some time ago I played a couple of Rumble Pit games (both slayer) with my wife and one of her friends and they appeared to not have been playing if you had gone strictly by the post-game stats. The first game they both got only 1 kill, and the second time they ended up with a score of 0 and -1, respectively. Nothing happened, fortunately.
