I just noticed yesterday that my account has stopped earning xp and I thought it was because i hit the XP cap, which i think is ridiculous, but I didn’t and I just went on and this message popped up “This account has been temporarily banned from earning XP. http://www.halo4.com/ban” and I went to the website to see why and none of the reasons for why I would be banned seemed to relate to me. But the last one stood out which mentioned XP and skill boosting which I was not intending to do. The last one on the list also mentioned unsociable and unsportsmanlike behavior and I think that I am getting banned because of the fact that people could possibly be (I don’t know for sure) reporting me because I’m too good for this game. Just because I go 30 kills and 2 deaths and always a positive KD and usually higher than 2 KD each game… this doesn’t mean that people should report me just because they’re getting schooled at the game. Go tell those kids to get better, you are just pressing buttons so stop reporting people for being legends at halo 4, never mind the halo series (all halo games). 343 needs to change this and I was never banned in halo reach or halo 3 for this stupid behavior of people reporting me for being too good at this game. Sometimes, my own teammates try to betray me because they can’t get any kills (because I’m getting them all) or they just want to have fun and fool around which I guess can be FUN but not always! So, they betray me I try to defend myself and I get booted for betraying them because they were betraying me and lowering my KD ratio. This would be the only time I’ve got temporarily banned because when you get booted, it counts as leaving and this kind of sucks, also I would quit if I was getting spawn-killed, obviously I don’t want my KD to go down so I quit.
Anyways, 343, you guys need to changed the policy or just the criteria that you ban and temporarily ban people for. I would like to know how long I will be banned and for what reason. Is it because I’m too good? Is it because it took me forever to unlock some of the commendations that I did? WHAT IS IT?!?!?!
Seriously 343, fix your banning policy and also the following as well:
1 = When getting shot at while running, the speed you are running is like walking, it’s ridiculous how slow you slow down just because of 1 or 2 shots, especially when someone is spraying with an assault rifle because they have only played the game for a couple hours.
2 = Grenades, except for Promethean because that’s different, plasma and frag grenades shouldn’t kill you with one hit taking all of your health and shields down that were just full a second ago… unless you get stuck with a sticky, then that’s obviously different and you’re dead in that position.
3 = If I could ask 343 to just make a minor change for anything in this game is that you guys need to change the radar like it was in halo reach, so that I can tell if the guys or below me, same level as me, or above me and I don’t throw a frag grenade and waste it because I couldn’t tell on my 60 inch tv screen, if the guy was coming around the corner or if he was above me… IT IS RIDICULOUS AND I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THIS FLAW IN THE RADAR.
4 = Also, stop trying to be like COD, the loadouts and commendations I like but joining games while in session is not cool, it is just plain stupid. For example, when in a slayer match, just find 10 people, make the teams, and if someone leaves… good for them and don’t have other people join because all of a sudden it was 5v5 and now it is 8v8 in slayer or oddball, it is really stupid
5 = My bro doesn’t like how it is impossible to survive and how easy it is to kill people. He says there really is no skill involved with tactics and it is just always how whoever shoots at the guy first, usually almost 90% wins, unless you’re beast and have amazing reaction and game skills. Please put a little back of what Bungie did in Halo reach where it took 5 shots for the DMR to take down the shield and then another shot in the head to kill him, not it is only 4 and 1 in head to kill and this is ridiculous for noobs to survive. But it is great for me because multikills are easy to get when these guys rush at you with AR’s and try to melee you when shooting them 5 times in 4 seconds or less kills them. Basically, the killing, health and shield system is unfair for noobs to survive and too easy for pros to kill people like it is a massacre.
6 = Lastly, I’ll be quick and brief, the needler is over powered. 343 needs to nerf the needler because it is crazy how you can die so fast in online matchmaking and campaign where the worst guys, the grunts, shoot 5 or 6 continuous shots at you and you die in a flash. It also doesn’t help that these needler shots are like homing missiles so you either change the homing missile effect (I suggest you keep it) or you change the damage ratio of the needler because it is way OVERPOWERED. It also takes a lot less shots or needles for them to explode on you and for you to instantly die and therefore a rage of fury follows that as well.
IF you solve all these problems, I would and many others would like Halo 4 much better, we wouldn’t rage as much, and therefore life would be much better and easier as well. Also, just a tip, but less rage = less broken things in our world!
