I have been unable to access my Halo 5 account for the last few days.
I’ve gone back to level one; I can’t access any emblems, the game just says loading; my REQ points are at zero when I did have over 10,000; when I play any online game I don’t receive any REQ points and my profile doesn’t acknowledge the game was played; my Service Record says that I’ve played 0 games with a KDA of 0.0, which is clearly not the case; my web profile isn’t working either.
I have:
- Deleted the local game save and resynced twice. - Completely reinstalled the game. - Recovered my Gamertag (JustTheTrick) - Reset the Xbox and my router - I’m not have problems with any other game.I’ve seen one or two forum posts which suggests other people are having the same problem, is there a solution yet, or official word from 343 Industries/Microsoft that they have acknowledged the problem?
