Hello, I have been playing with content up until yesterday night. When I logged onto my account to play with a friend, I noticed that my spartan was stripped of his rank, armour and commendations. Previously of rank 39, I was of rank 1 visually, yet my service record revealed otherwise. I am now stuck with the initial rank 1 loadouts, incapable of gaining experience and progressing. In other words, my account is at a stalemate, and I am unable to access any of my previous loadouts/armour/emblems/etc.
I am aware that I am not the only one having this problem. Additionally, I have tried everything recommended in order to rid myself of this problem without success. On Halo Waypoint, it states that I have yet to play this game, even though my in-game service record displays over a day of gameplay. It would also be important to note that I am a polite player, and have never boosted or cheated in any way, shape or form (this eliminates the probability of suspension and punitive reset).
This being said, I wish to appeal to 343 in this post because they are almost inaccessible through any other means of communication. I refuse to play the game as a rank 1 for the rest of this game’s shelf life. I urge any administrator reading to please respond to this post, at least informing me of what is happening and when a solution will be in sight.
