i bought the game a short time after it was released and have already played it a lot. My friend decided to buy it too but we want to start at the same lvl. So is it possible to reset my stats? (lvl, reqs etc…)

Well sadly you cant stat reset on any Halo Game I am afraid. Sorry for the bad news.
