Hey I just logged on to my Halo 5 game to find that my multiplayer account has been reset to level 1!
What’s the deal here? How do I fix the problem?
How long has it been since you played? Ranks reset after each month as each month is a “season”
This happened every so often. Restart the game or your Xbox or play again later.
