Account problems "please read"

Problem: Im having an issue with Halo Wars 2 where whenever I play campaign all my time played, all my skulls and, even the save files for campaign just disappear, the only things I keep are my level and blitz cards. Also Ihad a good amount of time played and wonder if I can get that back. Ill be very grateful if someone helps me and thank you whoever reads this.

Hey bud, the campaign progress being reset is a known issue and cones up fairly often. Fret not, I’ve been told there is a fix. If you go to the support forums and read through the topics, there should be a few about this topic, just post in the right one and they can fix it for you
