Hey, I know that a lot of others have this problem, and I’ve tried everything that everyone has said has worked in the past. I recently got the email for the flight and every time i try to load the game, it says account not verified. Ive made sure that i was using the correct Microsoft account that has received the email. Can someone please help? or can 343 help? Please and thank you so much! rwross2007
The servers for the tech preview don’t open up again until sometime Thursday evening PST. You’ll have to wait until then to log in.
You also won’t be able to play matchmaking until set times Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But you’ll be free to play around with weapon drills and training mode during the off hours of matchmaking.

The servers aren’t live for the Halo Infinite flight yet. The email you got would have shown you the dates that the flight is live…
Servers open for Academy & Drills on Thursday evening US PT. Friday 10am PT is the first MP play session.

The Halo Infinite Technical Preview is now offline, but will return on the evening of September 30th [PT]. A specific time has yet to be announced. There is no need to delete or uninstall your build.
