Account not authorized

I am getting an error message when I try to sign in that says my account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite.

Sign out of this site, waypoint. If you’re on Xbox restart and re-launch.

I signed out and signed back in. Also reset my pc and still got the error message.

Fresh install of Build 6.10020.12700.0 on xBox console today - Insider hub updated, all registered.
Loading game - hit “A” to Start
Your Account is not Authorised to Play Halo Infinity.

Restarted Console (powerdown and restart)
Relaunched game - same error
Signedout all other Profiles - relaunched Game - Same Error

kinda bummed out…

Have logged via the Insider support portal - but no reply…

uninstalling and reinstalling game fixed it for me
