I am trying to get into the beta but it says my account is not authorized. Please help.
Same here, I made a mistake, the build was working and I didn’t realize the multiplayer opened this morning. So I tried reinstalling the build thinking that would fix it. Instead now I’m getting the “your not authorized” error when pressing A. So I’m guessing I screwed up and won’t be able to play. And support refuses to help get me access back. Vanguard beta was so easy to play compared to this process.

Why the incessant new threads about this? There is already 17 other threads with this exact title.
I tried Starting it this morning before the flight started and got attention your account is not authorized to play halo infinite.
Now I am trying after 12 minutes past the start time and I’m still getting the same message.
I’m on series X. I had an issue, but it was being logged into this site at the same time, as technically my account was active in two different spots. Sounds crazy but it worked. I also restarted my Xbox.
