I just barely downloaded the game and was ready to play I load up in the start menu I click a and I was not authorized i also tried restarting my Xbox multiple times and did a full reboot and it still will not work : (
Same here, maybe we have to wait till tomorrow.
I am having the same issue except on PC. I have a Xbox One and should have opted in for that too… I wonder if anyone is getting it to work via Xbox or PC on Steam? I got the confirmation email for the beta this weekend and next but nothing else…

This thread comment explains why some of us may not have codes yet for the Pre Flight…They are apparently sending them out over the next 5 hours.

According to this schedule the flight will open up at 9AM PT on the 24th.

Not Authorised is just a error message. The public servers aren’t live yet so people aren’t able to play.
The game will start to open up this evening in US PT time zone.
The first matching session is on Friday at 10am PT.
Until then everyone is going to be hitting a error screen.

sounds about right my account sticks sometimes to simple sign out xbl sign back in fixes it too

The “Not authorized” message that appears is because the flight is currently offline and not scheduled to start until sometime in the evening, west coast time [PST]. An exact time has not been released yet.
If you are still experiencing this issue after the flight goes live, check that you are on the correct account or your account isn’t logged in anywhere else. If that doesn’t help you can file a support ticket with the details.

I got this message all weekend last weekend, and am getting it now. I am on PC, I uploaded a DxDIAG with my three support tickets last week. The answers were horrendous and worthless like “restart the game” even though I explained that I have cleared my temp folder, reinstalled the game, restarted steam, logged in and out of EVERY account I have related to this, and tried multiple other fixes. I still am “not authorized” to play the game even though I have received multiple emails with my access code. Really a huge let down considering how much I was looking forward to this.

We’re outside window right now and the servers are off. try again at 5pm pst.
The game is pretty much disabled outside of the play windows, so you might not be able to login while they are down
