been playing since friday, and tried to login today and now am not authorized, anyone else getting this issue?
I’m having the same issue, I played the game today and I was in, I logged off and came back later to find it saying I was unauthorized.
Same. Played all weekend, even a bit today, and came back to the same screen.
Hey guys, I closed out my preview completely so it wasn’t running in the background, used the restart options by holding down the Xbox controller, and when it restarted, I was allowed back in.

Maybe something came up and they either cut slag or theres an internal issue. i hope not and that this is an error.
lol i can hold the a button and it keeps accepting and loading but then telling me no xd.
Had same issue, did a restart on whole system and it came back finally.
Just logged back into the game and was authorized, the issue may of been resolved, for me at least. All I did was kept logging off and back into the game, there for awhile the game was just not loading. It kept saying press “start” to load in the game and it would just having the spinning icon and do nothing.
I’m having the same issue as well. I’ve been playing since the flight started and now all of a sudden today I am not authorized to play. It’s not just a console thing. I’m on PC and I can’t get in. I got in for about 30 seconds and when looking for a match Infinite crashed and no longer let’s me in. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Same here. I tried hard resetting but still same error. This also happened to me at first and i had to completely redownload the flight for it to work before. I dont want to have to keep doing that just to play.
This has been an issue for me since day one of the flight. I have not been able to play a single time. My support ticket was answered with an automated message that made it crystal clear that nobody actually took the time to read the damn thing. Quite frankly, such a huge disappointment to not even get an update on this issue, especially since they acknowledged it’s existence and that it is a bug on their end. Also, -Yoink- off if you think that’s something to be expected from a beta/flight. Never experienced something like this with any game I’ve ‘tested’ and I’ve tested a lot of games. Shame on you 343, and good luck aiming for another disastrous release. Can you one up what you’ve done with the initial MCC launch? I hope not, but at this point I just can’t expect anything else.

Nope didnt work. I reset game multippe times, and i hard reset my xbox multiple times. I just re-installed… again… and it worked first try.
what a coincidence I am having this same issue as well

mine running fine on my pc using a i5-6400 CPU and a GTX 1060 6GB with 16GB ram, however my friend did have a issue with AMD and game just wouldnt open on his end, he ended up fixing by moving the game to another drive and somehow that fixed it
I am thoroughly disappointed with the problems with the whole “account not authorized.” I was playing it this afternoon, got off to do some work, came back to play and couldn’t. It pisses me off that they have a BS automated message that shows that they don’t exactly give a crap to the people having issues.
