HI there
I have an Xbox account with email address “A” this is not the same account i use for steam nor is it the same email address, with Halo Mcc coming to Steam on Pc i was wondering if i could port my “service record” from this “old” xbox account to my steam account.
These accounts have differnt parent companies as one is a hotmail account(i said it was old) and the other is a gmail account that i have linked to steam.
I would love to be able to keep everything in one place so to speak withou having to lose my service record.

So it’s not possible to transfer the records of old accounts from who we lost the e-mail adres?
In my case, I played halo 3 on “mirainogohan”, Halo reach and halo 4 on “mirainogohan16”, and now playing MCC on “mirainogohan3”. thus transferring the record is not an option?

No that is not possible to do.

Hi! What about transferring my service record?
I really dont want loose/leave behind my service record and all my achievements, i would like to avoid using that old email account associated with my xbox since my steam account is associated with on another email.

Thank you, that’s not the answer i was hoping for but it is what it is, guess am gonna have to leave a life of memories and enjoyment behind

The answer is still no. It’s impossible to combine accounts in any fashion.
