Anyone else getting the
“Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite” message
I have been able to play for about an hour or so on bots, and decided to switch over to weapon drills. The game crashed at that point and now I cant play on my Xbox account?
I’m playing on pc and was having trouble connecting to multiplayer earlier as well.
Any thoughts on a fix?
Having this problem as well, steam client.
Just had this on Xbox aswell, they probably just did something behind the scenes. Reloading the game worked for me
Edit: Although now all my sounds are turned off?
startet it and it worked the first time but the Multiplayer screen was loading infinitely.
Then restartet game and bam “not authorized”

Issue happened for me after retarating when stuck in multiplayer loading screen. Rebooting the game fixed the issue. Still can’t load into a match though…

Apparently you’re only able to play MP between certain times

I am also having this issue, I am on PC and have attempted to restart the game, reinstall the game and restarting my PC and non of these worked. It looks like it’s a backend issue with the servers. I put a ticket in to attempt to fix the issue but if anyone finds a way around this I would love to know.
Same, not authorized
It was working fine, played some drills, tryed to change my keybinds, that crashed the game, and now I’m locked out with that message.
Same thing here. I’m guessing they authorize your account when the flight times actually begin??
Urgh, played for an hour this morning, had to go out for a few hours, came home turned on xbox & not authorized to play

I’m getting that message too but I never was able to get in from the start. Rebooted and now my menus have music, so that seems like a positive sign lol, still can’t get in though.
update: just kept rebooting the game and finally got in

I am on menu music is playing fine. when i try to signin with my microsoft acc it says you are not authorized i think its a backend fault, any 343 admins or mods here who can report this to the devs?

That’s exactly what’s happening to me.
I could play the practice modes earlier today but now I’m having the same issues too. I bet they’ll have it fixed in no time 
halowaypoint is kinda iffy too atm. I’m not getting notifications on replies

I didn’t even notice that I wasn’t. So yeah it may be a server overload kinda thing.
Played for a few hours last night. Got the same this morning.
Restarting the game fixed it for me.
