Account is not authorised...but it is?

I don’t understand why this happens, I use the account they say to use and it doesn’t work.

Got the Steam Key, downloaded it => Login => Account not authorised…

Restart your device and then make sure only the account that is invited to the techinal preview is signed in and then try again, should work. Happened to me in first flight

If you have exhausted all troubleshooting avenues I suggest open a support ticket on halowaypoint.

It wasn’t live before but now it is.

My account is still getting the error.

Don’t know if this helps but I recently had the issue on XSX.
Might be related to quick resume since I fixed the issue by restarting the game.

I have this error on my PC as well!
I even played it. Worked fine. Then I exited, came back to it and now it says that my account is not authorised to play Halo Infinite. It even asks me to sign in so I know it is using the right account

maybe they’re playing with the servers or something?

On xbox one you can restart your console then it works

Same problem for me on Xbox.

I have quit the game, restarted console and still get the same “not authorised” message.

Same problem for me on PC. Restarted the game; nothing. Restarted my PC. Nothing. I assume it’ll get fixed later. It’s not even 6 AM on the west coast.
